End of Year Q&A With BMT Promotions Digital Marketing Executive

 

As we come towards the end of another successful year here at BMT Promotions, we like to reminisce with our colleagues and take a look back at what have been the triumphs and highlights within the business and the areas that could be worked on in 2019. It’s also the perfect opportunity to ask our colleagues about their Christmas traditions and what they are looking forward to over the festive period.

Our Digital Marketing Executive, Joanna has been with BMT Promotions since December 2017 and she oversees our online marketing strategy by planning and executing online campaigns and supplies great content for our website.

How has 2018 been positive for you within the business?

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my role of Digital Marketing Executive in 2018 for bmt Promotions. Working alongside a great team, I’ve been able to explore my creative side and plan marketing campaigns for our business, delve into the world of promoting branded merchandise on social media and create email campaigns and adverts. It’s been so much fun and a superb learning curve and I’m looking forward to helping to grow the business and become even more imaginative in 2019.

What difficulties have you faced within the business?

No real difficulties, just learning about the products and how to market them can take a little time. It’s all positive challenges though and I’m thoroughly enjoying the role.

What are your hopes for 2018 within your job role?

To continue to be creative, keep working within this great team and come up with some truly eye-catching media marketing for us.

How will you be spending your time over Christmas?

I’ll be with my husband and son in Cape Verde over Christmas the New Year. We’re really treating ourselves this year and are hoping to relax on the beach on Christmas day. Although, I don’t know how much relaxing you can do with a 3 year old.

What Christmas tune makes you turn up the volume?

What’s on your Christmas wish list this year?

Just for some relaxation and for all my family and friends to be healthy and happy this Christmas time.

Do you have a favourite festive film?

I love both of the Home Alone films and Elf!

What is the worst Christmas present you have received?

I don’t think I’ve ever had any bad Christmas presents. I’m a lucky lady.

Do you have a favourite Christmas tipple?

I do like a Baileys and an Eggnog on Christmas Day. A cocktail in the sunshine will be lovely this year.
